Psychological assessment and therapy for adults across neurotypes

At Origami Nest Psychology, I provide neurodiversity-affirming psychological assessment and therapy for adults (18+) via telehealth across Australia.

Whether you're looking for greater clarity about whether autism or ADHD may explain some of your experiences, navigating a period of change, or seeking support with your mental health, I aim to help you understand your experiences and develop practical approaches that fit your individual needs and circumstances.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that everyone's experiences, strengths, challenges and support needs are different. Psychological support isn't about ‘fixing’ you or trying to make you fit a particular way of being. Instead, we can explore what's getting in the way, what is already working, and what changes or supports may help you live in a way that feels more manageable and meaningful.

  • Autism and ADHD Assessment

I provide comprehensive autism, ADHD or combined autism and ADHD assessments for adults (18 years and over).

I aim to make the assessment process neuroaffirming and collaborative. Rather than simply working through a checklist of symptoms, we work together to understand your experiences, strengths and challenges in the context of possible autism and/or ADHD. My goal is for the assessment to provide meaningful insight into how you experience the world, whether or not a diagnosis is ultimately made.

A little about me…

Hi, I’m Tracey, a Clinical Psychologist.

I have a particular interest in neurodivergence, psychological assessment and helping people make sense of experiences that may have been difficult to understand.

My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, individualised and grounded in evidence-based psychological practice, with an emphasis on understanding the person behind the experiences and finding practical approaches that fit their needs.
