Halaxy securely stores all sensitive health data on encrypted servers located strictly within Australia, in full compliance with Australian health privacy regulations.

We take all reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of online transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

5. Website Forms and Electronic Communication

Information submitted through the website contact form is transmitted via Squarespace and delivered to the practice's secure email account. Because standard website forms and emails are not medically encrypted, we intentionally limit our online form to basic contact details.
