Psychological Therapy
Life can be hard, you might be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected form yourself and unsure how to move forward. You may be navigating changes in your relationships, work or personal life or simply wanting to understand yourself better. You might not be entirely sure what is going on, and that is okay.
I aim to provide a supportive and neuroaffirming space where you can explore and process your experiences and learn new skills. I work across neurotypes but have a special interest in autistic and ADHD’er adults whether diagnosed during childhood, adulthood, self identified or those still contemplating whether autism and ADHD fits with their experiences.
My approach is person-centred and draw upon evidence based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
What me might work on

Therapy Enquiry and Booking Process
Step 1: Click the button below to send me an enquiry.
Step 2: I will send you a brief pre-appointment form to gather some information about what you are seeking support with. This will help me determine whether my service is suitable for your needs before an appointment is schedulled.
Step 3: If my service is suitable, I will email you some options for dates and times for an initial session. If my service is not suitable, I will do my best to suggest other avenues for support where appropriate.
Please note: This practice is not a crisis or emergency service, and my email is not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services on 000, or a national crisis service such as Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
Step 4: Once an appointment has been scheduled, I will send you some online forms to complete. These will help us both prepare for your initial session.
